Cybersecurity Red Team – Penetration Tester (Remote)

About the Role

We are actively looking for experienced Red Team professionals, with a strong focus on Get-Shell operations on real-world targets. This is a long-term remote opportunity, suitable for full-time specialists; high-performing part-time candidates may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform offensive security operations with a primary focus on obtaining valid web-based shells on assigned targets.
• Identify, exploit, and chain vulnerabilities (file upload, RCE, LFI/RFI, misconfigurations, weak permissions, etc.).
• Deliver verified and stable shell access for internal evaluation.
• Document exploitation steps when required and collaborate with the review team on shell validation.
• Work independently and maintain consistent weekly output.

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience in real-world Get-Shell operations (not just CTF or lab environments).
• Strong understanding of:
  – Web exploitation
  – Server misconfigurations
  – File upload bypass techniques
  – Privilege escalation fundamentals
  – CMS/framework-specific vulnerabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Stable internet connection and flexible timezone availability.
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

💰 Compensation

Weekly base salary: USD 300 – 1.200, depending on experience, quality, and consistency.
PLUS performance bonuses per shell, based on shell value, difficulty, and quality.
Some shells may carry significantly higher bonuses depending on their value and target quality.
