Offensive Security Engineer – Red Team (Remote)

We are actively looking for experienced Red Team professionals with a strong focus on offensive security operations on real-world targets. This is a long-term remote opportunity, suitable for full-time specialists. High-performing part-time candidates may also be considered.

About the Role

We are seeking offensive security engineers who are skilled at identifying vulnerabilities and obtaining stable access on authorized client targets. The primary focus of this role is performing exploitation and achieving verified shell access on web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform offensive security operations with a primary focus on obtaining valid and stable web-based shells on assigned authorized targets.
• Identify, exploit, and chain vulnerabilities (file upload bypass, RCE, LFI/RFI, misconfigurations, weak permissions, etc.).
• Deliver verified and stable shell access for internal evaluation.
• Document exploitation steps when required and collaborate with the review team on shell validation.
• Work independently and maintain consistent weekly output.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in real-world offensive security operations on authorized targets (not just CTF or lab environments).
• Strong practical understanding of:
• Web exploitation techniques
• Server misconfigurations
• File upload bypass techniques
• Privilege escalation fundamentals
• CMS and framework-specific vulnerabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Stable internet connection and flexible timezone availability.
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
